Eternal Collection is a successful costume jewellery company which has traditionally focused on mail order. The company launched a new e-commerce website and asked for our help in accelerating online sales. We began working with Eternal Collection in September 2014 and continue to support on a retained basis.
We were keenly aware of the need to deliver significant ROI from day one. Our starting point was the development of an integrated digital marketing strategy incorporating online PR, email marketing, SEO and social media to drive a higher level of quality traffic to Eternal Collection’s online shop. We develop creative campaigns and promotions to increase the average order value and sought to improve the number of repeat orders from existing customers.
Online sales increased 125% from September and December 2014 (compared to the previous 4 months). New users increased 114% in the same period.
Social media campaigns have resulted in Facebook likes increasing by more than 500%. Monthly newsletters and quality content have achieved an improved open rate and deliver a high return in sales value. The company has been featured on high profile blogs and in key target titles such as Woman & Home.
